Tidy Up Galveston provides professional cleaning and organizational services for residential, vacation rental, and construction properties. Specific service details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments: All services must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Payments
Accepted payment methods must be approved by Tidy Up Galveston’s management.
Payment must be made within the timeframe specified by our management.
Late payments may result in additional fees.
4. Liability
Tidy Up Galveston is fully licensed and insured.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Items lost or misplaced during cleaning.
Damage to unsecured valuables.
Customers are encouraged to secure fragile or valuable items before service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
Notify us of any special instructions, hazardous conditions, or fragile items requiring extra care.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for booking and providing services and will not be shared without your consent.
8. Changes to Terms
Tidy Up Galveston reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
